A female patient has tetracycline staining of her teeth.  Tetracycline was a common
antibiotic first given to children in the 1960's and early 1970's.  It was later
discovered to be the cause of severely discolored teeth.  She wanted to try and improve the color
of her darkened teeth and to straighten them some.
